      Pros

      I was a COVID hire, so I worked full time from home. That was pretty much the only positive. I rarely interacted with my team, or my manager unless I had a question or they needed me to assist with something I had already worked on. Pay is extremely low for the type of HR work you are doing - this is why I consider it a starter job. Do not expect to make a lifelong career at this company. Upper management felt extremely distant, as I really never heard anything from them.

      Cons

      The pay is very low - do not expect a cushy corporate salary here. They pay just as much if not more (most places pay more) at other companies like Starbucks, Amazon or Target.

      - Free bulls tickets - Remote opportunity - Some coworkers are nice

      Cons

      -pay is way too low for a representative who handles over 400+ accounts -management refuses to provide assistance to other reps who have to work multiple inboxes -management is quick too create a hostile work environment when they are called out for their lack of assistance - work life balance does not exist

      The training staff was friendly.

      Cons

      The job advertisement listed a significantly higher pay than I was offered and many other employees said the same during training. We all were constantly talked down to by management. Unrealistic quotas.
