Pros
All the developers and technical employees were great and conscientious employees. Decent Pay Interesting work and allowed to stay mostly on the cutting edge of current technologies
Cons
Business relations with IT was strained at best, business owners did not want solutions to challenges, they wanted to design and build precise functionality. Expected to constantly work 50+ hours a week regardless of quality of work. Had to punch in a time clock despite being salary, felt like I was being watched.
