      If i can think of any pros.. i would certainly do.. but dont blam me.. there are hardly any!!! !!!

      Cons

      Job Market is tough - so employer can cash on you.. and who can do the better job than management at CompSycn - the CEO is psychiatirist who knows well how to manipulate the human phychology. you will be like in a grid machine sweating all your oil to make the company great.. but in turn will be crushed to nothing!.. Warning Don't think to join the company or you will repent .. and for current employees.. how happy they are here - who can know better than myself.. We will fly certaily as soon we get our turn ... To Management at compsych.. making profit is good thing .. you are here for this purpose however making your people satisfiled is also your responsibility.. i know these words for management will go in vain.. Now you got at least an idea what the hell this company is.. choice is yours.. consider or void this company (if you do the latter.. i assure you will do good for yourself)

      Pros

      The location, the professional office environment, one can get free clinical supervision hours towards licensure, Free fruit or bagels on Fridays if you get there early enough.

      Cons

      The money, the micromanagement and spying the mistrust of employees, the three sick days that one must accrue. Expensive benefits.
