      Great location (NBC Tower) Good Team Leaders Great Clinical Teams

      Cons

      Stepping stone. Astronomical turnover rate. Absurd benefits. Low salaries compared to industry. Very expensive health insurance. As someone mentioned, talent seen as disposable.

      Pros

      Location - it's great working downtown on Michigan avenue, but there's tons of other employers with great locations too. They also have a company box at the United Center, so once in awhile, if the CEO isn't using them, his secretary will email the company to see who wants one, first come first serve. You can't bring anyone with you though.
