Ridiculously low pay. Entry level position for department I was in is $31k, the next position up the ladder was confirmed to add $60 more a paycheck after taxes by those who had been promoted. And in most cases, you have to put a minimum of 2 years in just to get to that position. Even those in higher positions were clearly jaded about working for the company, as they would openly complain about not being able to further progress due to politics.
Very high turnover rate, which primarily has to do with the previous paragraph, and not just with the entry level positions. This means I went though 3 different managers in less than a year, which meant A) continuously adjusting to different expectations, according to who the manager was at the time, and B) perpetually having a manager who has not been a manager for very long and is still attempting to figure out how to be one (no consistency).
Quantity-obsessed work environment. Numbers were clearly the priority in this job. Workers who would do quality work (meaning accommodating customers) would continuously be called out for low numbers, and would be offered little to no advice on how to "improve", and would not be shown appreciation for the quality aspect of their work.
Overall, this job will work well if you either pay dirt cheap rent, or are living with your parents for free. Stick around to get something on your resume, then find a job that pays decently, and where the company cares about its workers.
