      Pros

      nice building easy location mindless job, won't require most of the pressures a real counseling job entails you like being told what to do?

      Cons

      ComPsych posts on every job site to try to get recent graduates to apply. Maybe you have not worked in a real social service agency so you don't know that a place where therapists, social workers and counselors work is not supposed to look like the customer service department of your cable company.

      Nothing absolutely nothing. They will wring you out and leave you to dry.

      Cons

      Please don’t work for this company until you have reviewed your state laws. They took all my PTO after putting in my 2 weeks and won’t pay it out because of my state. They took 40 hours of pto that I cannot use. They give contradicting information about payout and then hit you with the bait and switch. Overall poorly ran company with bad and retaliatory policies.

      Absolutely none at this time.

      Cons

      Got hired on and let go after 3 months because of covid. I was not “allowed” to work from home because I was a new hire. They also promised to mail the things that I had in my desk and never did. I wasn’t even allowed to go back to the office to collect my things when I was downstairs. They let me finish a full day of work and waited to call me to let me go after I walked out of the building. I never saw my things again. Just a horrible company overall.
