Loved working at ComPsych. Great colleagues and great management. Rewarding to help clients in need of support.

Cons

Some calls were stressful and customer would yell or get upset. This comes with any customer service role and it was typically due to their frustration over the benefits or long wait times due to the how busy the call center could get.
