Long hours, doing the same customer service work for 8 hours a day, no paid lunch, no room for growth

HR didn't even show up to my exit interview and didn't cancel or notify me. My paychecks were often short of the bonus and I would constantly have to follow up with operations and payroll to get my full pay. It took 2 and a half months for me to get the 60$ bonus that should've been on my last paycheck Company only cares about money and the number of calls you take Terrible training Managers were unapproachable Micromanaging
