Pros

Having worked at ComPsych for over three years, my journey through meaningful roles has been a truly enriching professional experience. In my current role, I have had the privilege of developing content and facilitating presentations aligned with my areas of expertise and passion. What has stood out most throughout this journey is how consistently my unique background and skills have been recognized and embraced. ComPsych has offered a particularly meaningful space where my identity as a Bilingual Hispanic clinician and my expertise in mind-body practices are seen as genuine assets to the mission. Leadership has demonstrated a consistent commitment to excellence, innovation, and inclusion, as lived practices that shape the day-to-day culture in tangible ways. The collaborative environment makes it easy to feel supported and empowered, and there is a sincere culture of inclusion that is felt in meaningful ways.

Cons

The organization holds high performance standards, which can be demanding, and the frequent technological changes require constant adaptability and a willingness to keep learning. Embracing these challenges has been part of my own growth within this dynamic and evolving professional environment.

Pros

I’ve had a really positive experience working at ComPsych and wanted to share what stands out most to me. One of the biggest strengths of this company is the people. There is a genuine passion across teams for wellbeing and health services and it truly shows up in the way my team mates support one another and the clients we serve. That shared purpose makes the work feel meaningful every day. Management has built a culture of trust, which I really value. There’s a strong sense of autonomy and confidence in employees to do the right thing, without micromanagement. It creates an environment where you can focus on doing great work rather than feeling overly monitored. I’ve also really appreciated the flexibility to bring my own ideas, interests, and passions into my role. There’s space to innovate, build, and contribute in ways that feel personally meaningful, which has made my work more engaging and fulfilling. Lastly, it’s been exciting to see the direction the company is heading under new leadership. There is a clear focus on growth and improvement, especially in technology and investing in people. It feels like a company that is evolving in the right ways and making thoughtful changes to strengthen both the employee experience and the services we provide. Overall, a supportive, mission-driven environment with strong leadership and a lot of positive momentum.

Cons

There are still some systems and processes that are being modernized, particularly on the technology side, but improvements are actively underway. At times, communication between departments can be improved as the company continues to grow and evolve - there has been improvements recently, but at times I still notice a lack of transparency between departments.

Pros

I’ve have the privilege of serving as Chief Clinical Officer at ComPsych, and what continues to stand out to me is the genuine alignment between our mission and the work we do every day. Supporting mental health and wellbeing, particularly for working individuals and their families, is not just something we talk about - it’s deeply embedded in how we operate and is reflected in our daily decisions, priorities, and investments. What I value most is the caliber of my colleagues. I work alongside incredibly talented and committed clinical, operational, technology, business development, and customer success team members who are not only highly skilled, but deeply committed to making a meaningful difference. There is a shared sense of purpose that makes even the most complex challenges feel worthwhile. One thing about ComPsych I believe is worth sharing is that it has the advantage of being an established, stable organization, which provides a strong foundation for doing this work well. And at the same time, there is a clear and ongoing commitment to innovation - whether that’s expanding access to care, integrating new technologies thoughtfully, or evolving how we support our customers, providers, and end users of our service. That balance of stability and forward momentum creates real opportunities for growth and impact, while feeling secure in the business and work we do. I’m grateful to be part of an organization that is both mission-driven and evolving, and to work with a team that shows up every day with purpose and integrity.

Cons

(Not so much a con, but since Glassdoor requires this section I will share the following for those interested in pursuing a career at ComPsych...) Like any organization, we are not without challenges. The work we do is important and often complex, and that requires continuous learning, adaptability, flexibility, and strong collaboration. Behavioral health and technology are advancing at rapid paces, and we all have to work together to meet the demands of the industry. But I see those challenges as part of what makes this work meaningful - increasing access points, engagement opportunities, modalities of care, etc. all require hard work and commitment - but are also what get's me excited to start the day and work at ComPsych. Further, ComPsych is a clinical-first company. While we strive for continuous improvement and innovation, everything we do is grounded in a clinical first approach and strong clinical governance, which I believe is important to most when picking their next organization and team.
