Pros
1. The support you receive from your team members, and leadership (management and above) is truly second to none. I have never, in my professional career, been a part of an organization where people do not make me feel less than or stupid for needing guidance or support with work.
2. The company culture here is amazing! I love how the leaders work to get everyone working for ComPysch all over the world together each year to learn, and connect. You really do feel like you are a part of a TEAM.
3. The work life balance is amazing. I love being able to work from home will also being able to connect with team members so easily - you dont feel like you are disconnected in any way.
4. The energy!!! The energy throughout the organization is amazing. Everyone is committed to delivering success both to clients and employees. The passion and ability to truly listen to clients and employees is evident in the way leadership conducts business.
5. I have never worked with leaders that do not thrive off of the power they garner through fear and use their power as a weapon. I can not express enough how much I truly admire the way leadership conducts themselves and instead of being nervous to interact with them, I find myself looking up to them and really aspiring to live up to the expectations they have for the company and its employees.
6. Leadership especially my manager always wants to hear feedback and do what they can to keep you from burnout. I can not stress enough how amazing it feels to have such open and honest communication and I don't at all feel afraid to say that I am struggling X,Y, or Z. Overcoming prior work related PTSD is a struggle, but my manager always has my back and truly makes me feel like he cares.
7-20. I could easily write many more Pros but I will spare everyone from that novel. If you are fortunate enough to work for this company I am sure you will feel and experience the same.
Cons
The work at times can be challenging especially when you are trying to find your footing as a newer employee and understand the inner workings, BUT again the support you get from the team helps a lot.
I have a very big fear of flying so if I had to say a true con it would be not being able to drive everywhere for client or company visits.
