Training for the next level "tier" in the company's "Tier System" was horribly executed. Every trainer used their opinion in how to handle the tier's duties versus provided explicit, linear approach and then often auditing was conducted by a different trainer who would not accept the submitted practice claims as it didn't follow their perceived best approach which was personal opinion based - incredibly frustrating and affected self esteem and induced self doubt
