Cons
Private company led by founder who makes final decisions. He's a billionaire and boasts his success. Old school EAP product. Losing competitive edge even though they are the low cost leader. Most customers are seeking full continuum of solutions that include digital behavioral health and they are behind in the digital space. In addition, providers (therapists) in their network receive the lowest reimbursements so in urban markets, the providers are not responsive to employees/clients seeking help.
