Promote health in communities but doesn’t think about employees mental health with endless meetings. No room for growth No autonomy

-Flexible in work hours and location -Middle management is supportive and usually on your side -Individuals who work there are passionate about improving healthcare

Cons

-Project scope creep can sometimes push employees to doing way more than previously agreed upon -There is a lot of siloing that happens, and different departments often have no idea what other departments are doing.
