I was with Comagine during several major transitions. Before a major management change, I could have seen myself working here long-term. Pre management change: Great community between coworkers Enough projects to generate worthwhile work Ample communication between stakeholders Average benefits package Great FMLA/Parental leave These points went south quick after a major management change in my department.
Cons
Post management change: - Lack of transparent communication - Unclear timelines - Management lacks personal accountability - Tasks are boring - Tech is outdated - Low pay When management changed many of the seasoned workers left, this included a wide swath of management. In my department they placed a highly incompetent manager who was insanely inappropriate. I their behavior to HR and nothing was done to directly remedy the issue.
