Pros

The work is very easy and manageable.

Cons

The management is pretty weird and non transparent. Also the health insurance sucks, the pay rate is really low, and the hours are 730 to 4, and you don't get paid for lunch.

Great engineering manager, lots of little things like paid lunches, gift card giveaways and bagels on fridays.

Cons

A lot of tribal knowledge. A lot of things are attempted to be made standard without being said company wide.
