      A horrible career option

      Pros

      Nearly a century old company with a strong commitment to providing a quality product and customer service experience to it's customers.

      Cons

      Lack of adequate training, lack of investment in a base salary & benefits to help get an Account Executives career started. Lack of adequate investment in marketing. The current regime doesn't seem focused on addressing any of those concerns.

      In the insurance industry, this company is known to be garbage. The comments that are positive are not real. Don't be fooled. Look it up. Bad customer experiences all over the place.

      Location, location, location, location, and location!

      Cons

      Management does not trust the adults that they've hired to do the job they were hired to do! I have never worked for a company that tracks the employee's every move as if the employee can't be trusted to do their job without having to account for every minute! I feel as if I can't go to the restroom without explaining why I was away longer than 5 minutes.
