Pros

The training was ok at best. Did explain policies well but did not explain how to get "into" the door. Made sure to tell everyone how much they could make with their "proven" system.

Cons

Once training was over you are thrown to the wolves so to speak. If you have never done sales before this is a truly 100% commission based paying job. You drive to a town and walk up and down streets knocking on doors trying to get people to let you into their homes to pitch your product and get them to buy from you. Other people on "your team" if they find out you have a lead will swoop in and steal it the second they can. This job was a financial disaster for me and my family. I worked 10-12 hour days pounding the pavement doing everything that I could possibly do and still never made the money they promised you will make at this job. They want you to sell to friends family and even yourself to make goals. Don't expect to ever see your family while at this job they constantly had me traveling to other districts that were short handed on agents so I would be gone for weeks on end.

Pros

Good (extremely naive and brainwashed) corporate People

Cons

Dishonest, manipulative thieves. Their practices rival some of the most disingenuous ever in all my experiences! Just about everything they tell you will be untrue! The turnover rate has got to be well above 85%...who does that!
