Pros

Worked at Combined for 2+ years. Only left due to personal health issues. My Market Director was extremely caring and understanding. My manager was always supportive and went on appointments with me whenever I needed help.

Cons

It's not an easy job but you get out of it what you put in. It's easy to blame the company and those in positions above you when you don't do well. It's harder to look at your own actions or lack of. I hope to return to Combined if my health allows.

Pros

This company has some of the best training ever. The training sets you up for success. The Company even prepares you to make a great salary while you are still earning via the Weekly and Monthly bonuses. Not to mention the outstanding benefits package they offer Including 401k, discounted stock options, etc. I worked hard, long hours but it paid off. I became a manager within 6 months. I’m building a strong team!

Cons

You will work Long hours in the beginning of your career, but after three -four months the hours will go down and your earnings will certainly increase

Thanks so much for sharing this positive review! Your comments are especially meaningful since you are a current employee. We agree that our training department is fantastic. Our trainers do everything they can to prepare our agents for success, but, like you said, it is ultimately up to them to put their training to good use and work hard to build up their business. Our agents have the ability to earn a virtually unlimited income potential, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package. Congratulations on your success here with us, and we wish you all the best in your future at Combined Insurance!

Pros

Great company to work for. I am proud to work for this organization. I have been with Combined for 11 years, working in all aspects of field sales. Very competitive comp plan, full benefits package (401k match, medical, dental, stock discount etc.), best in class training program & attainable learning curve. All field promotions are based on merit, not seniority. Competitive products that fit well in today's market place. I highly recommend this company.

Cons

Nothing comes easy. You have to learn the products and the system to become a great sales person.
