Just started with Combined Insurance this week and from everything I’ve seen and experienced, thus far, has been great! Spent a week in Chicago getting trained to understand their process and cultural and now I’m out in the field with my Sales Manager learning the details of how to actually implement that process. It has been a great week! Company has been around since 1922, so they know what they are doing!

Pros

There is literally unlimited sources and systems in place for any person to start a career . Also have been in buisness since 1922 and has some of the best products in the world. I love working here because they promote on merrit not seniorty .

Cons

There are some older managers with alot of tenure . Sometimes they need a lottle push into the newer technology .

Pros

Combined Insurance is an excellent company to work for. Their training and compassion for employees to succeed is unmatched, and the earning potential is unlimited. In addition, they offer amazing benefits including healthcare and 401k. Everyone has a great positive mental attitude to keep you motivated and inspired to work hard. Many opportunities to grow and advance as well as constant recognition and incentives for hard work

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve when first starting, however with the great training provided by managers on a daily basis it is almost impossible to fail. There are no specific hours, so if you do not manage your time properly you will not do well at this job.
