      Pros

      For me working at Combined changed my life. I am a single mom of two and struggled financially till I found this company. I find it very rewarding to be able to help people at a time of need and to be able to make a living at the same time. I owe much of my success to the support my managers have givin me. This is a phenomenal team based company and u get a lot of support to succeed. Before this job I had no knowledge or experience in the insurance field. I am only seven months into this job and plan to retire here. I do not feel that being a commission based only pay is a threat to me. If you do your job, have the will to learn every day and offer the best customer service, you will succeed!!

      Cons

      I find no cons to this job. I work a 40 hour week no weekends. I am able to spend time with my children and never miss anything pertaining to their lifestyle. I am blessed to have found such a company and am proud to be able to represent them.

      Pros

      Combined is an excellent company. I started mid May 2016, and through the leadership in the field, I have won several awards and I won my first sales trip fresh out of sales school. I am unaware of any other company that offers a training and compensation package like this. It is realistic that a person can come out of the week long training and earn a five figure commission in a month. They are not going to hand it to you, you have to work the system and not try to do things your own way or reinvent the wheel. Combined compensates with a very nice commission, bonuses, company paid sales trips, and a comprehensive Sales Award program which has been proven to be consistently attainable. Leadership is very personable, down to earth, understanding, and very straight forward. Also depending on where you are located, there is plenty of opportunity.

      Cons

      At this time I acknowledge no "cons". You have to love being constantly engaged with people, and be the kind of person that has a passion for helping others. We have awesome products that sell themselves. It's not like you're selling vacuums (no offense to those that do), the sale is not hard. You also have to possess self discipline. It's not for everyone. I would have to say that if a person is lazy, a procrastinator, and not self motivated, this is not the place for you. You have to believe in yourself and put in the effort, as well as hold yourself accountable. There are plenty of fast food chains and other places hiring for anyone that just want to work a regular 9-5 and collect a paycheck that barely pays the bills. Some may say that a con is the position is all commission, but with proper planning, budgeting, and consistency, that is not an issue. In this company you have the opportunity to earn a substantial amount of money in a short period of time if you work smart and stay focused.

      Great opportunity for me

      Pros

      Combined insurance provides an excellent opportunity from both an income and a professional growth perspective. The initial training, which is excellent, is supplemented by virtual product training and bath field training from the managers. I have felt like from the beginning that the managers and I am on the same team. They have gone out of their way to help me develop my career. The products are world class and the company is truly committed to excellent customer service.

      Cons

      The life of an insurance agent is not for everyone. There is tremendous flexibility in my schedule, but often clients must be seen in their homes in the evening and on the weekend, due to their schedule. My income has varied significantly from week to week, but overall has improved the life of myself and my family. This job has allowed me to make over $100k in the 1st year, but it takes a lot of drive and determination to do so. I can say you will be paid what you are worth with this job. Unfortunately there have been some who cannot live on what they are worth...
