      Pros

      The deficiencies existing in Combined leave room for great opportunities for growth. Meaning, if the glass is half empty, you have the chance to fill the glass full.

      Cons

      Local management can be incompetent. Also, this is a W2 position so your net pay can be challenging to live on if you don't sell enough.

      Opportunity to earn is unlimited and opportunity to move up within the company is based on performance, not tenure. Weekly and Monthly bonuses. Freedom to create ones own schedule.

      Cons

      Requires use of a reliable vehicle, and is time consuming, must drive a half an hour or so for work on occasion. Dedication and ambition are necessary to succeed and excel above expectations.
