      Sales training is great if your new to the business.

      Cons

      Most unprofessional place I ever worked in. If you are in Nassau county NY stay away for a Territory Manager named Charles Blair. This guys is a snake and a blow hard. He thinks he knows everything about the insurance business after having his license for seven months. You can not communicate with him and he is a habitual liar. He talks down to all his agents and is very condescending. He is hated by almost every other territory manager and agent. I have know idea why the company keeps him. Try the Queens or Suffolk office I hear they are much more professional.

      Pros

      Sales school was pretty beneficial and a lot of the training I received for management was very good. They have good incentives

      Cons

      The products and high pressure sales tactics and management constantly pushing the numbers wore me out. I have a very strong work ethic and knew a ton of people is how I was successful but pay made it impossible for 95% of agents to even survive. I made as much as a District manager as I was told I'd make as an agent. I stayed as long as I did because I couldn't find a job somewhere else. Their customer satisfaction is low in my opinion. I dealt with customer complaints many times per day.

      Pros

      The company is being ran into the ground with top heavy management.

      Cons

      Management and HR are a bunch of liars and are clique. They are not interested in growing and you will lose any clients too bad operations and billing. Management will poach your brokers and clients.
