      Pros

      Good benefits. Pay is higher than other carriers but not sufficient for the volume of work. Some leaders get it and are good to work with.

      Cons

      The technology to support administration is severely lacking. Experienced multiple instances of unprofessional and toxic behavior from sales people with zero repercussions - only apologies and excuses from leadership. Did not know a single person within my area that wasn't stressed and burnout with the volume of work. Highly political environment. Lack of tools and consistency with processes.

      The potential for income is unlimited

      Cons

      In order to reach a stable six figure income you need to be willing to work all seven days of the week including all nights and all weekends. You might be able to cut back a few of the hours after a few years but for the first five years or so you will be working ALL the time. No time for family, friends, hobbies, etc.

      Pros

      Hard to get started, but once you "crack the code" you can make some good money. Of course you have to be great at sales to make it work.

      Cons

      No real respect between agents, its a dog eat dog kind of culture.
