Pros

Top Training & Career Advancement Promotion based on merit- performance- hard work- not seniority. Top paid commissions for agents Great system in place for anyone who wants a real career. 4 company paid trips per year (you have to earn them of course) you can bring a guest at no cost. Top accommodations.

Cons

There is really none. Some people come into the company thinking everything will be handed down to them. You have to work hard. Really hard. Help a lot of people to succeed in this business. They do say “give us a year and we will give you a career.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave this positive review! We always appreciate hearing from our current employees, and we thank you for mentioning all these “pros.” Our account executives and agents start out with top notch, one week training in our home office where they learn how to be successful in the field in order to build their careers. Once in the field, they have the opportunity to earn a virtually unlimited income based on the volume of their sales, and we offer awards, incentives, bonuses and merit-based promotions. We are proud of the opportunities we offer people to truly build meaningful careers. We wish you all the best in your future here with us!
