Pros

immediate co-workers are good to work with can't think of anything else worth saying.

Cons

At one time this was probably the greatest company to work for. W Clement Stone always said "Do the right thing, because it's the right thing to do." Well now you better not do this unless it benefits the company 100% regardless of the agent or customer. They will steal commissions and production from you every chance they get. Start lies about you and file complaints to make things horrible.

Pros

You will get a lot of leads to call on in various areas.

Cons

Micro Management- you get about 10 (ten) phone calls a day from management wanting production numbers. Salary- you suppose to get paid every week on the policies written the previous week. However, its been many weeks since a paycheck was in our bank account. The reason given: staffing and underwriting...they do not have enough people to process everything efficiently. So do not expect to get paid like they promise.
