Opportunity and patential are limitless. You want a six figure salary this is the job that will get you there.401k you got it, want to travel no problem, rewards and assentive for hitting milestones check and check.

Cons

Prepare to be taking out of your comfort zone. This job is not for everyone. If you have problem walking up to a stranger and having a conversation this job ,may not be for you. Purely commission based high risk high reward.

Pros

If you are a great door to door salesman you can do very well. There really isn’t anything else good to say. If you have a college degree don’t work as a sales agent for this company.

Cons

They will hire literally anyone who walks in the door. You have to use your own car. You have to use your own gas. You have to pay for your own insurance license and training. You have mandatory meeting and conferences (sometimes very far away) that they only provide a hotel room for you if you made extraordinary sales the week before. On top of that you have to pay for your own transportation to get to these conferences and meetings that you don’t get paid for attending. You only benefit from the trips incentives, etc. if you are bringing in huge profits for the company. In my time working there it actually cost me money to work there.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. It’s true that sales is challenging and it’s not for everyone. Commission-only sales can be rewarding for the right person, and we strive to hire candidates that we think have the potential for success. Our sales school and the meetings with managers are designed to give our agents the tools they need for success. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors
