Pros

Training, temp base salary etc. Combined is a great company, solid commission and bonus structure. You get back what you put in.

Cons

Captive, limited products, leads are crap. You can't be afraid to get out there and sell. If you don't talk to people you won't sell anything.

Thank you for taking the time to recommend our company! We appreciate that you listed the training we provide as a “pro”, because we feel that the quality training our agents receive gives them the solid foundation they need to be successful. Our agents have the ability to earn a virtually unlimited income based on the volume of their sales, so what you said is true: “you get back what you put in.” We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

I loved the people I worked with and had great benefits. Loved my office location.

Cons

If you are not a high volume recruiter then this isn't the job for you. Anyone that is licensed WILL be hired, unless there is something negative in your background. I feel that new agents were "thrown against the wall to see who would stick", depending upon your manager and the state you were hired in would determine the amount of field training you would receive. No work life balance.

Thank you for taking the time to review our company and for listing our benefits and office location as a pro. Our recruiters seek potential agents with characteristics we believe will ultimately help them be successful in the field, but it’s true that this type of sales is not the right fit for everyone. For those who do succeed, a career with us can be very rewarding. We will share your feedback with our leadership. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
