      Pros

      Able to work independently to complete tasks as well as the ability to learn new skills. Friendly, positive atmosphere and co workers are willing to collaborate with you when necessary. The culture is still strong in the field with PMA and Passion.

      Cons

      Senior Executives are disconnected from corporate employees as well as offsite employees. No longer a family oriented company as well as a company that truly cares about the employees.

      Flexibility as you make your own schedule by the appointments you make. Always in the field.

      Cons

      No office to meet clients in, no room for advancement of a foot soldier. Poor Team Manager(s) and training of them.

      Pros

      The company has a great training program for the sales team and co-workers were nice.

      Cons

      Hiring managers seem very disconnected and the turnover rate is pretty high. Management seems nonexistent in the office and if you ask for help or additional training, good luck. Employees are also asked every so often to write positive reviews on sites like this to push down the real reviews, which I found alarming and unethical so keep scrolling to get the full idea of the company itself and what others have REALLY experienced. The business model seemed very outdated and behind compared to other insurance companies, very "old-school".
