      Pros

      Good at recruiting Unsuspecting college graduates with no work experience, especially insurance experience.

      Cons

      Misleading information from beginning to end. Pushy managers trying to get people loaded up for sales school to make their bonuses or get their higher ups off their back for not recruiting enough warm bodies per month.

      A lot of hype no pay

      Cons

      Commission Pay is terrible You have to have a lot of experience to make money in this company you can put in 1,000 hours a week and you can still get no check

      No pros company is outdated

      Cons

      I was set up with a manager who decided to get major dental work done while training me and who was high on oxy sleeping in my passenger seat and the other half of the time she was trolling the dating sites looking for a hook up on top of that she would give me leads she sold to a few months earlier and when they said no she would get upset at her salespeople and now this company which you are thinking about working for has a collection agency harrasing me to pay back commission...I’ve got news for you ...you didn’t keep up with your end of the bargain
