Low cost home internet+TV. 401k w/6% matching. ESPP at 10% of pay with a 15% discount. Brand name recognition. Good dependent care benefits.

Cons

Hours worked is 60+ per week. Always in account reviews, team meetings, trainings, ect. Actual selling to customers is less than 5 hours per week.
