There was a great company culture and managers had open door policy.

Cons

The wasn't competitive at all and there was little/no career growth opportunities.

Pros

-Uncapped commissions. -Good employee culture -High earnings potential -Free coffee in breakroom

Cons

-Awful production metric design. Employees are given metrics to hit that have no relation to customer experience, profitability and in fact harm customer experience. -Commission plans are redesigned yearly to reduce payout. -Complex commission design makes it extremely difficult to track. After an extensive audit that took several hours, I was able to track thousands of unpaid commissions and get them disputed.

Work from home good pto company stock options. Your fellow employees are the best part about the job

Cons

Management sucks, they dont care about anything but getting the sale whether you screw the customer over or not. They pick and choose who can get away with stuff
