Pros

Comcast had good all around benefits. Thought having a ROTH was great to have on top of other perks. This is probably one of the best things about working here.

Cons

If I were to share some of the downsides of working in this particular role, I would say not hitting goals will not be tolerated. Be ready to put in hard work everyday and keep your foot on the gas.

You couldn't ask for a company that cares for its employees more and pay them their worth then comcast business, great family life balance and they actually care about their employees.
