Pros
Good pay and benefits. Satisfaction of completing work and can take work vehicle home.
Cons
Management didn't know basic troubleshooting and was trying to coach us. Constantly trying to add more work and tasks while making time to troubleshoot shorter and shorter. Things that required traffic control at old location the management would say try to figure it out on your own. Left in dangerous situations didn't listen to the field and pure lack of support.
