      Cons

      The pay is low and they know it. You don’t get promoted by working hard or performing well. You get promoted by dodging work to make friends. Especially as a tech, other people’s actions and decisions dictate whether you have to stay and work late or not. Company policy is constantly overlooked to accommodate friends of supervisors with the reasoning that we take care of our customers.
