Pros

Decent coworkers and nice benefits like wifi/TV etc.

Cons

In-person in the office w/ an open floorplan is really unproductive and very difficult to get work done. Additionally, having to pay for train fare to Philadelphia or paying for gas/parking to drive into Philadelphia is terrible.
