Pros

This is my 1st company to work for and I can confidently say that it would be a tough job for me to find a new company such as comcast. Friendly . Encouraging. Infrastructure. Salary pay.

Cons

It's an MNC so you it will take time to learn work because they dont pressure you. But if you are a freelance learner, then it would be a go to option for you.
