      Rewarding Work, Good Work/Life Balance

      Pros

      Really enjoy the work I do. Pretty good work-life balance. Relatively low stress. Nice perks. Laid-back culture.

      Cons

      Domain knowledge is tough to master. Lots of technical falsehoods can get spread around quickly, resulting in project misunderstandings and frustration. Miscommunication among teams is common. PTO policy isn't that great.
