I was with Enterprise Business Intelligence department, under tech track. The culture is very old school, consulting like. Not a great place for tech innovation due to the unhappy, gloomy environment. They sent out surveys every few months and all you can say is that they are god-like and are doing everything correctly. What's the point of survey really? Fishing for complements?
Leadership does not have the right competency to evaluate talents. Mid-level management always look out for themselves, no time/intention/ability to grow team or support team members.
