Pros

Salary and Bonus; Universal Studios Tickets; Benefits and Retirement;

Cons

Work/Life Balance is not an option in this position. You will be working all the time, even when you put in PTO. Not a huge pay difference between manager role and employees you manage, it's not worth the extra money for the insane amount of stress and time investment. Director level goes unchecked for abusive behavior spanning from verbal abuse, work dumping with non-business critical busy work to stress test you, and outright heartless commentary regarding 'front-line employees'.
