Pros

The role helped me improve my communication skills and gain experience in handling customers in a fast-paced environment however this comes with alot of problems and challenges

Cons

There was a high level of stress due to workload and changable target. At times, the work environment felt unprofessional, with very low tolerance for mistakes. last but not least , layoffs occurred occasionally, which affected job stability.
