Been here 7 years now and I can see myself staying here until retirement. Over 50% of people that I work with have been here longer than me and they hardly hire new people (they will typically hire from within to fill spots on coveted teams). There are a lot of different opportunities to move to different departments to find your niche. The people you work directly with are the reason why you stay. Good people here actually running the show.

Cons

Sometimes feels like the executive level is a boys club, when the actual work that is being moved forward is mainly managed by women. The last 2 years have felt like it's been standing still with no actual movement in the right direction that feel progressive.

Great teamwork, lots of chances to learn and get involved

Cons

We haven't gotten a cost-of-living pay increase since this department was created in 2017. We do get a 2% merit raise yearly but that doesn't match win inflation. And our responsibilities have increased greatly.
