Pros

Great benefits. Potential for growth within the company.

Cons

It seems as though this company is constantly going through restructuring. There is a lot of turnover, which is typical for this line of business, but it still isn’t great for overall morale. Mid-level managers and supervisors are often inaccessible and do not provide efficient support to their staffs. The Campaign Management training structure is a total disaster, and if you are new to the business, you’ll feel inundated with confusing (800+ page) training manuals and little direction from supervisors who don’t seem to be effectively trained either.
