      The building and staff and colleagues were great. Felt like a small company on our floor despite being so huge

      Such a big corporation moves slowly, with red tape and politics preventing swift action

      Pros

      When Comcast is making good money, everyone is happy and talk a big talk. The one tangible "pro" is the free internet and cable.

      Cons

      As soon as there is market turbulence or the project runs into issues, everyone clams up and finger pointing begins. There is no real "team spirit" or comradery, it's all BS and talk. A lot of office politics. Hard workers easily get overlooked and people with connections or ass-kissing skills get the promotions.
