      Bottom Line vs Customer Service

      Provides excellent employee benefits including health and free cable

      Cons

      In my opinion, their bottom line is more important than customer satisfaction even though they preach customer service. Internal processes and tools are troublesome causing undue stress and reduced employee productivity.
