Pros

Great medical/dental, 401k, and service benefits. Company is stable and continues to grow. Will always be a company in the top tier of the communication business.

Cons

Management scared to make decisions. Pushed for numbers rather than reinforcing the processes that make the numbers. Everyone looks out for themselves rather than what is right.

Beautiful Building and Location, hard working people, good overall values

Cons

Long hours, lack of family life balance per work load requirements. Decisions appear to be made on friendships not on knowledge or skill set.

Pros

Reduced cable TV rates for employees.

Cons

Senior leadership delivered diluted messages to front line staff, made promises, did not deliver. This is for one specific division, cannot speak for the other ones. No such thing as work life balance. It became work-life integration and the expectation is that you are available whenever your manager calls on you. Regardless if you are on vacation or took a sick day. If you did not respond you were coached on the poor choice you made.
