Too big to care about individuals . Low salaries for long hours. No work life balance.

Local relationships with peers Facilities Commute Home access to work website/info telecommuting option

Cons

Diminishing benefits year over year for Frontline employees. (Healthplans, 401k, bonuses, etc) Wasteful spending on non-productive items (Comcast Jeopardy, etc) Excessive Middle Mgt positions Work Load Excessive Exec/Mgt pay Service Excessive daily mgt meetings that do not get results/productivity

Learn people skills, stay on top of emerging technologies, ongoing education, great benefits

Cons

Often time new equipment & products are deployed before decent testing has been done. Front line employees are micro-managed and are often looked at as nothing but numbers there to line the pockets of the highly paid executives
