Pros

Company will not be going out of business any time soon. Company does not skimp on the hardware.

Cons

Pay raises unheard of in many departments. Penny pinching billion dollar company won't pay for training staff to keep up with the industry. Job growth gets dangled like a carrot but there is no job to grow into and no consistent definition/qualifications for any job. Unprofessional office politics play a big role during review time

Pros

Comcast does provide good medical and 401k benefits. And if you live in a Comcast area you get free/discounted services.

Cons

Like must companies they want you to be the best recruit but they want to pay you like you are replaceable. Find a company and industry that values your time and skills by paying you more than just enough to get buy. As well as company that will invest in your growth.

Pros

Access to industry-leading tools and data; great benefits; met many wonderful people during my stint, especially my manager who ended up being the best mentor I've had in my 20+ year career.

Cons

Pay is not competitive across many functional areas. Management is focused solely on the bottom line and treats sales support areas like third-world citizens. The recent reorg was a textbook example of how NOT to implement change. Lots of favoritism and very much smacks of the "good ol' boy" mentality. Directors and select sales managers were not only allowed but were even encouraged to demonstrate behaviors that violate countless HR policies. Way too many meetings held solely to report on "homework." Extremely toxic, CYA environment.
