Pros
The company invests a lot into their employees. You'll receive a ton of training and support as a new employee and when new initiatives are launched. There are a ton of verticals with talented and educated specialists who are always willing to support you. The benefits are some of the best I’ve ever experienced.
Cons
This company is not for everyone. I would not recommend a friend work here simply because not everyone has the temperament. You will continuously deal with change. Once you get familiar with a system, they'll implement something new. The company is highly matrixed, and unless you're working in a major city, most of the business support is located in another city or state. The Biggest Con: Administrative support teams are too small to carry the required workload.
