Great Culture Low Pay

Pros

Amazing culture within company. Management really seems to care about their employees. 6% match on 401k, 21 days vacation plus 7 holidays, and comcast tv/internet is basically free service. Work life balance can be decent depending on your department.

Cons

Very competitive industry. There are many advertising options and TV is one of the most expensive. The base salary is a joke, and getting a book of business takes time. Don’t expect to make more that 35k your first year. It will realistically take about 3-4 years to be in the 60-80k range if you hustle. You have to really hustle to make money in this company. Technology, and the departments on the back end do not work well with one another. Although they have tried to make changes it still needs improvement. They need to revamp the systems to simplify processes and hold employees accountable for their mistakes.

terrible, after 2016 the employee experience went down. We were no longer a priority.
