Pros

Met really nice co-workers. It’s a job just to get some money.

Cons

Yelling & angry customers consistently. Take about 80 calls or more a shift. Shift always changes. Hard to even go to the bathroom without a supervisor yelling at you. Supervisors breath down your neck.

Being the Ad Sales Division of Comcast, we are given great resources and tools to perform our jobs, there are many opportunities for growth within the company, and it is an ever-changing industry with Comcast at the fore-front of technology and innovation.

Cons

Pay does not translate to what competitors are willing to pay for good talent.
